Security Training and Awareness
Health and human safety are the paramount concern of all security efforts; ensuring personnel are properly trained and aware of safety and security threats and risks is essential.
This effort should, at a minimum, include the following:
- Location-specific orientation, training, and awareness for travelers
- Emergency procedures
- Incident reporting procedures
- Users' role(s) in incident detection and response
- How to recognize attack attempts that directly target individual users (phishing, social engineering, etc.).
