Personnel assigned to BCDR tasks (responders and those who are part of the critical path, as well as alternates) should receive formal training for their roles; this should include involvement in all tests.
All personnel within the organization need to be exposed to awareness activities that prepare them for disaster/emergency actions. This can include both formal training (often presented during initial training for new hires, and/or during annual tests), as well as recurring informal information (newsletters, reminders, posters, etc.).
